Muni. tons Minister Howe announced in• a statement bast night.. Application forms will be available in other provinces shortly. The ration coupon books will be necessary when rationing becomes effective on April 1, and the minister adkled: "No special consideration will be gliven those who are late in aPPly- ing. They will simply have to do without gasoline until they canget their ration books." To state it has been indicated each coupon will be good for the Purchase of five gallons of gasoline but the minister has said there is no guarantee this amount will con- tinue as a standard ration.
