Gorsalitz, and eight members were present, besides the hostess. Mrs. E. Richards, the President, conducted the meeting and the Easter Service outlined in the Feb- ruary number of "The Glad Tidings," was followed. Mrs. Alexander read- ing the passage from the Bible. Mrs. Richards read an inspiring Baster message of Hope which she herself had written, Tho roll call was answered with a verse containing the word, "Salvation" It was explained that because of the great amount of sickness pre- valent during the last few weeks and from which few had escaped, boxes were not being sent except in exceptional cases, After the collection had been taken rap, a very eni'oy+able lunch was provided by Mrs, McInnis and Mrs. Noble. The April meeting is to be held at Mrs. Hartley's, and the roll call is to be answered by the word "seek ter'' or "seed" or by a verse illust- rating the idea of growth in spring time.
