The first meeting of the year was held at the home of Mrs. R. B. Cousins with the new officers in the chairs. The business part of the meeting was the discussion of plans for the activities for the coining year. Mrs. Rev, Lane gave us a most in- formative talk on the history of Japan which.,is the subject of our study for bilis year. The devotional part of the meeting was followed by a clock contest.
