mark the 68tH wedding anniversary
of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nichol 6111
concession of Morris Twp.. Mrs.
Nichol was the former, Mary Jane

Frank and Jane McCuteheon, also
of 6th conce-ssion of Morris Twp.
On Nov, 3rd, Mrs, Nichol celebrat-
ed her 92nd birthday, and Mr. Nichol
celebrated his 90th birthday on Dec,
7th, Mr. and Mi•s. Nichol are enjoy-
ing fah• health, and are the oldest
married couple on concession 6th, if
not in the entire township. They and Margaret Close Stewart, was
were married in old Knox Church, married 62 years ago. Her husband I that the large expenditure necessary

report of the convention at Stratford

Mrs. Arthur Hamilton of Atwood

to Denmark. She showed the ladies

Ireland, Norway and Holland. She
gave us a number of the highlights
of her trip and we hope to have Mrs.
Hamilton come again and give us a
further report on her trip,

the Folk School at Unionville, She

made there. A folk dance and chorus

of S. S. No, 1 Grey under the leader-

The death occurred in Seaforth hos-
pital on Monday last of Mrs, Noble
F. Gerry, the former Sarah Jane
Stewart. in her 81st year. Mrs. Gerry

commendable. What is not oommend-
able it that this advertising is spon-
sored by a brewery. This is some
more ,of the brewer's so-called good
will advertising, How they do try to
ingratiate themselves with the pub-
lic.. Doubtless it is for their good to
he associated with the Christmas
Seals Campaign or any worthy cause.
