Brussels Defeats Stone House School
on Monday evening the Stone
School softball team played Brussels
in Victoria Park in a very exciting
ball game. The final score was 14-
9 for Brussels after 8 innings had
been completed. rn the first 2 inn-
ings Stone School had gathered in 5 1
runs to talcs the lead, but Brussels
rallied for 3 runs in their half of the
second inning. Stone School then
gored 3 more runs In the fourth and !
fifth Innings to lead 8-3, Brussels
then settled down and played ex -1
ca ]lent ball and gathered in 7 runs
in their big Rh inning, Brussels then j
scored 4 more runs in the 8th, while

Rumen's Guild was held at the home
