rate for all one-party lines, and
that a 50c deduction be made
from this for each additional phone(
to each subscriber on. the line, and
a deduction of $1.00 be made from
the annual rate of all those who '
pay their bills within 30 days of
being billed for their tolls or those
who have no tolls, and I further
