Minutes of the previousmeeting were given by the secretary Mrs. Wm. Fischer, and were adopted. Dues and extra cent - a -clay were collected, The President Mrs. G. Davis took over the business period, which included the planning of the Pancake supper to be heldd on Shrove Tuesday, Feb. 21st in the basement of St. John's Church. The date of the monthly meeting was changed from the 2nd Tuesday to the end Wednesday. Mrs. Kerr close ed the meeting with prayer and a dainty tea was served by Mrs. John Fischer and Mrs. Wm. ROBERT DOUGLAS SHIELS There passed away in Grey Twee, on Feb. 3rd, Robert Douglas Shiels, He was a son of the late John Shiels and Jessie MoNalr pioneer residents of. Grey Twp., and, was a lifelong resident of the CommunitY, being born on the family homestead Lot 19, Concession 14 on Feb. 2retle 1871.
