ed his farewell sermon on Sunday
morning and mentioned his three
and one half years of service and
fellowship with the congregation.
FTs took for his subject, "The
Apostle Panl's Farewell to the
"Ephesian Elders," from Act. 70'24.
Mrs, Pocock of i'Vingixnm sang
a solo, "Dear Little Stranger," and
the choir sang as an anthem "Joy
to the World the Lord is Come,"
The attendance was large including
friends from neighboring congregat•
ions.
Mr. and Mrs, Jorgensen leave this
week for the new field of service
at Houston, Mississippi, U. S. A,
The Y, P. U, had charge of the
evening service in the United
Ohurch. The prestdenit, Miss Wilda
Breckenridge, conducted the meet-
ing.
eeting. Miss 'Delores Hamilton pre-
sided at the piano for a sing song
of favorite hymns. The topic in
story form was taken by Mrs. J.
A. Burden. Tthe society arranged
to have an old year's social on Fri-
day evening, December 30th.
