WHEREAS it is expedient that some controle be exercised over plumbing and installation plumb- ing instalments in • the Village of 'Brussels. AND WHEREAS it is expedient to pass a by-law regulating the same. NOW THEREFORE the Munici- pal Council of the Corporation of the Village of Brussels enacts as follows; (1) No person, firm, or torpor• anon, a resident or located in the Village of Brussels shall carry on in whole or in part the business of plumbing without first having ob- tained a license and permit from the corporation as hereinafter de- fined. (2) No person„ firm or corporation who are non-residents or located out- side the Village of Brussels shall carry on tn,whole or in part or do any plumbing work within the cor- poration otpotation without first having obtain- ed a permit as herinafter defined.
