The Hydro -Electric Power Commission of Ontario
announces the following regulations made under
the Power Commission
Act

PART I
WATER HEATERS
14) Unless water heaters operated by electrical
power are—,
(a) equipped with thermostatic control; and
"(b) installed in or on tanks which are thermally
fn'sulated with a minimum of 1 inch in thick-
ness of glass—or rock -wool insulation, or
other material having al least the same heat
insulating capacity,
