Mrs, Lawrence Jaclriin died of injuries received shortly after a car driven by her husband crashed into a ditch across the Hullett-Morris road between Walton and Blyth. Their three month old son, Glen Charles, died almost Instantly. Mr. Jacklin, suffering face and chest iphuries, was taken to Scott Mem- orial hospital. Seaforth but was released early this week. Their four other young children. who were in the car with then, escaped with only minor cuts and bruises. Mr, Jacklin, it is said, failed to see any warning sign and crashed into the hole.
