It's Swedish Tea Ring 1 package compressed. or dry - granular yeast ,ta cup lukewarm wale:. 1 cup mills to cup sugar egg., heaters 2 tablespoons salt 4 tablespoons shortening (melted! 6 cups (about) cake flour Melted butter Ciinnamon sugar Icng Method: Soften yeast in the luke- warm water. Scald milk, Add sugar and salt. Cook to lukewarm, then add two cups flour and unix well. Add softened yeast and eggs. Beat well and add shortening. Mix well and add enough more flour to make a soft dough. Turn on a lightly floured board and knead until sat- iny. Place in greased bowl and let rise until size is doubled, Punch down and roll out to a rectangular sheet about 6 inches by 12. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up like a jelly -roll and seal edges. Shape into a ring and cut about every inch, two•thirds of the way through roll. Let rise until doubled in bulk. Roll out ii Inch thick, on floured board._ Chop hard boiled eggs, mix with remaining ingredients, spread on. dough. Roll up like felly roll and bake 1n hot oven (425° 0.130 minute).
