The best man was,Mr. Reginald Sullivan of Brussels. Ushers were Cleve David- son of Bridgeport, brother of the groom, and William McArter, broth- er of the bride. After the ceremony a reception was held in the church basement where the guests 'were received by the brides mother who wore a cherry wine silk crepe gown with black accessories and a white corsage. She was assisted by the bridegroom'e sister, Mrs. Lorne McCauley of Si. Marys, who wore a blue taffeta ant black velvet figured gown with navy and white accessories and a pink corsage. To travel the bride chose a light blue suit with navy and white acc- essories and a pink corsage. After a short honeymoon in Northern On- tario the couple will Teside im Water- loo. Baker, who, invests- gating the noise, discovered twe men trying to force the garage door. The men ran through a back alley to the next street when she turned on a light in the yard and gave ,chase, It wan found the men, witenl dintlutbed, had removed a a hinge from the garage door. Mr. Bee -Oman. who was chairman of the hand committee always took a keen and active interest in the band and did whatever he could to I aid in its, developement.
