Price stability depends on many things, but principally upon the`
relationship between wages and production.
If wages go up without a corresponding rise in the volunie of
man-hour production, then prices are bound to go up too. So It Is \ •
really up to the Canadian people whether or not we have stable
prices.
If we Canadians want the cost of living to stabilize then we must
see that man-hour production keeps paco with wages.
