Miss Leona Wasson, R. N.. daugh-
later of Mr. and Mrs. Barl Watson
has completed her training course
with T. C. A. air stewardess school
in Montreal. She received a stand-
ing of 95%r and snood second in her
class. In her position she remains in
Montreal, and her flight is from
Montreal to St. John's Newfoundland.
One complete flight is made each
week, with 2 stops enroute, at Monc-
ton,

ses aboard. In her first flight they

CALF AND SWINE CLUBS
HOLDS JOINT MEETING
A joint meeting of the Brussels
and Seatorbh Galt and Swine Clubs,
Blyth sand Relgrave Calf Clubs and
Nettle Tllnmon Swine Club was held

farm of Wm. Turnbull, R. R. 2

The members were divided in16

MacKinnon of Whyte Packing Plant,

25th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
Mr. and Mrs. Harold 'Thomas re-
turnee recently from a _.ost en-
joyable trip to Victoria B. C. They
travelled out ...through the Canadian
west spending a little time at Banff
and ,Lake Louise and coning home
by way of Ti. S. A. They also spent
some time at. Yellowstone National
Perk in Montane and Wyoming.
The' trip was. to celebrate the()e-
vasion of their twenty fifth wedding
anniversary and on their return
were made recipients of several

beautiful tray fittingly engraved
from employees of Mr. Thomas and
a chest of silverware from their
family.
