I don't understand why the Reeve
and Council eheuld be blamed for
misconduct at dances in, the Village,
Certainly they like It no better than
anyone else. They would like to
see young people have a dance with-
out bbe accompanying dronkennese
and nowdyisym which often char-
acterize modern public dances. They
would also like to see better cars
taken of bhe Hall on which just tree.

the Village Hall for a dance or other

person in responsible to the Village
