A specialist in thyroid surgery, he was on the staff of St. liicSnael's Hospital, and had •practised in To- rent° since 1920, when he graduated from University of Toronto. Be was ' a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, England; Fellow of the , Royal College of Surgeons, Edon- burgh and Fellow of the American I College of Surgeons. He was also a member of the Aoademy of Medicine and the Canadian and Ontario Medical Associations, and was secretary of the stenvard'e committee of St. Columba Church. Surviving are his wife, formsly Clere E. Parker; one son, David; one daughter, Gail; two sisters, Mrs. Jean Armstrong, Toronto, Mrs. Florence McInnis, Ethel; and one brother, James S. Armetrone Brueseds. Andrew Adams A private funeral service was held at home on the 2nd Con, of Turn - berry Township for Andrew Adams, who died in Toronto General Iloepitai in his 45th year. The Rev. E. W. Todd, of the United Church, officiated. Mr. Adams was the son of the late William Adams and Jean Doig, of Howick township, Ile is sur- vived by his wife, formerly Doris Elliott; four brothers, Harvey and Russell, Howtek Township; Paul, Grey Township; Cameron, Brus- sele, and one sister, Mrs. Murray Edger, Wallace Township. Pallbearers. were, Andrew Poca.- luyke, Gerald Timm, Wendell Stamper, Arthur Thompson, Fleen- Ing Bleck and Wesley Newton. interment was in Wroxeter Cemetery.
