MacDonald passed away at his home, 2nd eonee4:in, or Carey, an Thursday. Sept. 11, 1614. Al- though Archie had not enjoyed good health for some ttme, he was taken seriously ill only two weeks before his death occurred. He was 88 years of age. ITe was the youngest child of the late Mr, and Mrs. Joseph Mac- Donald and had lived on the same farm all his life. His warm person- ality, and kindly smile won him manly friends who are sorrowing with his family. Archie is survived by his widow. the former Ruth Sangster and two daughters, Mary, fourteen and Cath arine..six. One sister also survives, Mies Beatrice MacDonald, R,N., of Donn•t.ford, and two brothers Edge,: and Gay. The funeral service was held from the home on Saturday afternoon conducted by Rev.
