will be known as By -Law No. 9, 1991
of the Village of Brussels. A By -
Law for the purpose of issuing de-
bentures not exceeding me hundred
and twenty-eight thmasand Dollars
bearing interest annually at a tate
not exceeding three percent all of
which are to be paid in twenty years
in approximately,. equni instalments
of combined interest and principal,
for the purpose of constructing
equipping and metalling a complete
waterworks system in the said
Village, the repeyment of the said
debentures as aforesaid will rerptire
aft annual levy of 39,895.08, The
general assessment of the Coloration
