the use Of Sidewalks.
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable
to control the use of aldewalks
within the Village of lirucseltt and
designate the nature and type of
1'ehtrlec or other eonlreyaneethat
may travel on the same.

the Municipal Connell of the ('01110r-
ntion of the Village of Brnsaels, as
hollows:
1, That from and atter the massing
of this bylaw no person or persons
s11a11 drive, lead or permit any
other animal or we.tnon, wheel-
barrow, bicycle, sleigh m• Nhpr
vehicle upon any sidewalk within
the Corporation of the Village ei
Rrilsesla or on or along any font
path or track intended for the use
of pedestrians only, 'within the said
Village, except over a crossing
constructed for that purpose. Pro•
vided, however, that this prohibition
shall not extend to the usa of small
hand sorts, baby carriages, or nth"r
similar vehicles in' the normal
Manner as intended that a side-
walk he provided for.
2. Any person entity of an in-
fraction of the provisions of this
by-law shall, without prejudice to
any other remedy which the said
Corporation of the said Village of
Brussels may otherwise be entitled,
noon a cot.vtetion before the Megis-
t,ate under the provisions and pro
ceedings of the :ifummary Convir-
tinns Act, be liabie to a fine of Ono
dollar a.nd costs, which said fine
when so collected shall belong to
the Corporation of the Village of

Magistrate,
