Brussels Fair Prize List Revised And Expanded The Pall Wain hoard of the least Huron Agricultural Society met in the library Wednesday evening, with Wilbur Turnbull, president, in charge. Revision, of the prlae list showed that the value as well as the number of prizes offered in most of the (dosses had been con- siderably increased. There was a substantial increase in the value or many of the spc'1i1 awards, in- cluding several new trophies Pro- gress was reported en the work of renovating the grounds and erecting new fences. It was de- cided to include a sports program for school children, to include only one entre-lit from each school. The school parade, one of the outstand- ing events of the fair, will begin at the railway station instead of 'Victoria park, thus eliminating the long walk for the children. Plans are tinder way to increase the at- tractions. for ch ran as well as en con re ging more en t ries in the school sections. Consider The Children People are asked not to throw glass, tin, metal or anything else of that nature in the river. During the hot weather the children swim in it and one boy has already int his foot badly on glass. Remember the Youngsters have no swimming pool and keep the river elean for their pleasure. GARDEN PARTY will be held on the lawn of Brussels United Church Thursday evening, July 3rd Supper served from 6 to 8 p. m. There will be a ball game in the park. Program following •4upper.
