Legion Dance Draws Large Crowd The dance, sponsored by the local branch of the legion, attracted a large crowd to the Brussels Town Hall, Thursday night of last week, Ken. Wilbee's orchestra provided the music. The door prizes, drawn for by G. R. Campbell, were won by Jos. Wilton, Miss I. Wade and Mise J, Alcock. Your Spport Solicited The Canadian Legion B. E. S. L. has purchased the Thompson property in the business section of Brussels. The downstairs of these premises will be used for a hall for the Legion members and the Legion Ladies Auxiliary now formed. We assisted the boys when they were overseas and now that they are nearly all home we desire to keep them together in that comradeship gleaned in the services. If any one wishes to make a cash donation to this project to assist the boys it will be gratefully received. Donations may be left with the secretary O. Doll.
