CANDID PHOTOCRAP9-EY
Candid snapshots as simple as this appeal to everyone.
camera bandy and ready for action.
Ordinary snapshot exposures will do
the rest.
As far as subject matter goes, the
sky's the limit. You'll find good pic-

headlines with one of his regular
customers—the grocery man stack-
ing canned goods in the store win-
dow—soldiers wistfully looking at
civilian clothes in shop windows,
and many other similar scenes both
on the street and in your home.
But speaking of servicemen, don't
forget that even thought the war's
over it's still no fun to be away
from home. Send all servicemen pic-
tures frequently. They'll get a kick
out of your candid snapshots too.

that fact up very clearly. Can't you
just imagine Big Sister's chagrin
when she sees herself from this
angle? And can't you just hear Mom,
and Pop, and especially "the" boy
friend laughing over it?
Well, our illustration is just one
example of what you can do if you
keep your eyes open and your
camera ready for action. And right
there you have the secret of good
candid photography—keep your
