Brooks, a former well know Brusselite, and ex -Reeve Taylor, both of Exeter were in town while going through to Gerrie and Fordwich. They celled on a number of old friends. The former was in busi. ness here 35 years ago, associated with his brother-in-law, Thos. Watson, Their shop was located near the iron bridge, where they did a large trade in carriage making and blacksmithing.
