Scott, who is chairman of the Telephone Board of the Brussels, Grey and Morrie Independent Co., attended meeting of rural companies at Toronto They decided to appeal the decision rendered recently relating to the Bell Co. and its powers in relation to the independent companies. BY Saturday night the North end of Turnberry street, to the G. T. R. track, will have received its coating of broken stone, 1.6 feet wide. The steam roller has its part to play with the necessary filling in of shale and watering. It should make a good roadway and will likely get a good testing before a year from now.
