for some week having had a relapse
from pneumonia. Funeral took place

family survives- Mrs. and Miss Pryne
attended the funeral. Mr. Stover was

of a wide cede.

The Lindsey (Out ) Evening post, of
April 16t1, gives the following partic-
ulars concerning au accident to Mrs
Weddup, a sister of Mrs. J Downing's, j
of Brussels, who visited here recently t
•-A serious accident occurred last even
ing about 8 15 o'clock, when Mrs
v\eddup, who ri sides with her son-in-
law, Ernie Wetherup, on St. Parick
street, was run d wn and badly injured
at the Wellington street bridge. The
aged lady who has been be poor health
w -ss on her way from the residence of
Harry Reeves, her son in law, corner
Albert and Wellington streets to Mr.
Wetherup's, end when near the bridge
she was run down by Gordon Flnvelle
on a bieycle. Mr. Flavelle did not
notice Mrs Weddup its the street light
is shaded somewhat at this point so
that no blame can be attaehed to hien for
the unfortunate' occurrence. Mrs.

Weddup was knocked down and render-
ed-uscnnseious Her nose was broken
the bones protruding on both sides,
one finger on the left hand fracture 1
the left eye closed besides receiving a
bad shaking up se well as other minor
