Canada Temperance Act oampaigns
are under way in the city of Niagara

judicial districts of Algoma, Sudbury,
Parry Sound and Muskoka. The
Provisional districts have a good
deal of unorganized territory, in
which there is at present no official
voters' list, such lists being only pre-
pared when a Dominion election is
corning on. If a Canada Temperance
Act vote is to be taken, such a list
must be prepared but it is not avail-
able now. Officials at Ottawa hold
that as no such list 11007 existsand there
are no persons in the unorganized

to be effective must be signed by at,
