HALLOWE'EN was a time for jubilation, and more than the kids had a time. One of the features, was sign writing with soap on the windows of stores and shops. Usually artists sign their initials to their work but it was not done Fri- day night, It was not necessary at the 'PRE POST as the names of the young ladies, who had ahand in it were sup. plied by a gent who watched the writ- ing being put on the windows.
