Mils, WALTER SMITH PASSES AWAY. —
Tbursrlay forenoon of last week, Mar-
garet Wilson, relict of the late Walter
Smith, peacefully passed away at her
borne, Alberta street, at the advanced
age of nearly go years. She had been an
Invalid for 9051 20 years but pneumonia
was the culminating cause. Mrs. Smith
was bore in Dettholm, Scotland and was
married to ber late partner in 1850
They came from the Old Land shortly
after Aid lived for various periods at
New York, Rochester, Galt and Harpur-
hey before coming to Brussels 45 years
ago. It Is 59 years since Mr. Smith
died, aged 76 years. Their family coo -
