Mrs. Scott made a most appropriate re- ply thanking the children for their kind- ness and wishing them and their parents many joys and successes. She had many regrets in leaving Brussels but none more than parting with the boys and girls. Brussels awl the years spent here would always be indellibly impres- sed on her memory. Rev, David - Wren, M, A., Mount Forest, formerly of Brussels, who was invited to Serope elroet Methodist church, Owen Sound, for the coming term, was appointed pastor of Elm street church, Toronto, instead and last week removed to bis new appointment.' Women's Institute District Meeting The 19th District Annual meeting of the East Huron Woman's incl itute was held at Belgrave on Wednesday afternoon, June 22nd. President,Mrs. 3 J. Mrs. Peters, Belgrave, gave the address of welcome and Mrs. OKell, Ethel, made reply, District repgrt of the 10 bran:hee was given by the Secretary. Ra to rte. were also given by the Branch Presi- dents and were all very encouraging. In past year there were 353 mentbere and the reports showed all t he branch- es had been busy with Community work.
