The boys of to -day will be the men df to -morrow, so the Canada of to -morrow will be a groat or Weak nation according as the boys tef to -day are trained. Last Friday evening the social evening held in the Town Hall under the auspices of the Western Stet: Lodge, I. 0. 0. F. was a very en- joyable affair. There was a big crowd present and during the first part of the evening, progressive euchre was played. Mrs. W. S. Scott won lira prize for the ladies and O. Heming- way was high -man. After lunch, dancing took place for a few hours. Everybody had a fine time even if the "hands" they hold sometimes dld not c.ount for much. Tennis Club Re -organized.
