The Saturlay evening edition of the Landon Free Press had a fine photo of Wendell Holmes, 'President and Manager of the Wendell :Holmes Liminted., and who was a former boy of the Brussele Methodist par- sonage. One of the old time residents of McKillop Township passed away last Wednesday afternoon in the person of Jmnina McNeil, widow of the late Thomas Love. Deceased, who was in her 7511t year, had been making her home for sometime with her son.in- law. Alex. Cuthill, near Winthrop, and took 111 several weeks ago. 1VIrs, Love, was born in the Township of Puslinch, near Paris. In 1874 she was united in marriage to her late husband, when they moved to the TOth corms:lion of 111cKillop, whore they remained until his death in 1898. She then went to the West to reside with her sons. Twelve years later she returned to Win- eltrop to make her home with Iter daughter, Mrs. A. Cuthill, Mee, Love wee a capable Christian lady of a bright cheerful disposition whia en- deared her to all /mooed her.
