After hearty congratulations bad been
extended to the happy couple a dainty
wedding luncheon was partaken of.
The bride tvae the recipient of urany
costly, handsome and useful gifts
showing the high eeteem In which
she is held. The groom's gift to the
bride was a beautiful pearl brooch,
and handsome gifts were also given to
the assistants. The happy couple left
on the afternoon train foe Hamilton,
Galt, Toronto and other points, the
bride brevetting in dark. brown broad-
cloth and beaver furs. On their re-
turn Mr. and Mrs. Trestle will take tip
their residence near, Jamestown on the
same farm the bride's mother went to
as a bride and where the bride resided
prior7 to going to Listowel. Mr. and
Mrs. Hastie's many friende extend
hearty congratulations and best
wishes for a long and happy werlded
life.

on his fine farm and we hope many
prosperous years are ahead of him and
his fancily.
Aitpie evaporator could do a rush-
ing business on the apple crop that
has not been gatherer' this year in
Morrie township. It eeems too bad to
see them going to waste.

church. He end his family are expected

tended trip to the West which he enjoy-

from a touch enjoyed visit with her
daughter, Mrs, (Dr.) Robertson, of
Col lingwood.
Oswald Hemingway, teller of the
Bank of Nova Scotia, is back on duty
after a holiday at Toronto and Hamilton
of a few weeks.
F. H. Gilroy spent the week end at his
parental home in Mount Forest. Sorry
to hear his mother has not been well but
wish her speedy convalescence.
