The Owen Sound Sun•Times, of May 20
speaks as follows of a reception at their
parental home, Owen Sound :—The re-

circumstance to the big reception held

only in Owen Sound, but all around
this district and their popularity was
quite ,ippareut with the large crowd who
were there to greet them on Friday

dabcing was the order of the evening,
Friends were there from town and
for many miles iu I{eppal, Derby and
Sydenham and the evening was enjoy-

was provided and at Inidoight a very
sunlptuouslunch was served, A pleas -
fug innovation was provided by Miss
May Pinter, the young daughter of the
host and hostess, who danced some
Highland dances in costume in a very
effieient manner and was heartily ap-

years of age, also showed marked ability
in the same dances. The house was
very appropriately decorated in red,
white and blue, with the Unio11 Jack
conspicuous, The flowers were red and
white carnations, The home of Mr. and
Mrs, Parker is a most hospitable one
and many pleasant affairs have taken
place there, but seldom, if ever, bas a
