for the bridal patty. The bride,
who was' gven in mortgage by her
uncle, Rev, W. F. Hunter, wore a
fperioci gown of dose blue nhiffon,
with (pink two -toned ribbon at the
waist, and a blue taffeta jacket, She
will Darty a bou',aet of Sweet-
heart roses and cornflowers, The
maid of honer was 3tiss Alma
Hunter, sister of the bride, wore a
frock of romann.e pink taffeta made
with 'butterfly sleeves, and carry-
ing a bouquet of pink roses and
cornflowers. Mr. Basil Damtude,
brother of the bridegroom '(vas
groomsman.
A reception was held afterward,
and the bride's mother received
wearing a gown of navy blue triple
sheer with corsage ot rises, The
bridegroom's mother was gowned in
navy ague ' 'net with corsage of
roses, and Ml's: Laing NOM black
net with a jacket and corsage of
sweet peas.
Later the bride and .grtdegroom
left for a trip to Northern and East-
ern Ontario, the bride travelling in
tt slate blue ensemble with black
accessories, and tailored seat. They
are residing in Welland,

Four pitchers were used for the
Teeswater 'team Saturday against
Wingham while Chalmers, for Wing -
ham, pitched the entire game and
received good support. The

game when a ball hit by Hugh, Car-
inichael struck a lady spectator
