Willis A. Gillam, a London man,
was sent to jail for ten days by Mag-
istrate Reid. The offence was com-
mitted on the Provincial highway
in Goderieh township. On Tuesday
Morris Webber, of Goderieh, was
sent up for trial • on two charges of
perjury. The alleged perjury took
place in connection with Webber's
trial two weeks ago for having liqu-

fined $100 and costs. An appeal has
been entered against each of these
