About half of their mail is made up of envelopes containing circulars. The experienced eye can now detect these as soon as seen, and they can go into the waste basket unnoticed. Business, :nen now•a•days cannot spare the time to wade through long- winded circulars. If you have any- thing to sell say so by moans of a jud- iciously worded and attractively dis• played advertisement in a live news- paper.
