Tea Mlsamitm,—A very suoceesful
tea meeting was held here on Wed•
uesday evening, under the auspices
of the Methodist oburoll. Aleplewlid
tea was served in Millerd's Hall after
which the people adjourned to the
church. Rich. Sparling was called to
the chair and after a few preliminary
remarks called upon Rev. D. A. Moir,
of Monkton, W. H. Kerr, of Brussels,
and Rev. Gob. liiebardson who gave
brief addressee. Mr. Littleilalos con•
ducted a short Banti .eorviee and a
most enjoyable time was put in. Good
MUSIC wits supplied by. the Trowbridge
choir. 'The proceeds of the tea meat-
iug will be applied on the organ fond.
