JoneE DoYLE decided at tbo last Division Court held hero that the Town ship of Grey should pey 948 arrearagee as their proportion toward the expenses of the Fourth Division Court, and $2 for each subsequent Court, and Morris town- ship 924 arrearage and 91 per court. The claim is based and allowed on an Aot passed in February 1885. It is not an unreasonable procedure as Brussels has no right to provide Hall, fire, light (if necessary) and a eitrotaker withoub the expense being shared by others interested, Blyth Court takoe half of Morrie town- ship hence the difference in the aseess• moil. .
