Scotland's greatest poet, Robert Burne,
was held in the Royal Hotel on Wednes•

The lad McDougall, charged with net-
ting fire to a hay stack and dwelling, was
sentenced the other day at Goderich, by
Judge Toms, to eight weeks in the Coun-

this experience will correct what seems
to be a hankering after blazes.
