The (look has a second band as well as the hour hands, and an eleotrio alarm, and the great merit of it lies in the fact that the cloak and works entire are the product of Mr, Chant's own labor, and is really a piece of ornamental and useful furniture. McDonald was appointed to succeed Mr. Musgrave in the chair as Moderator for the next six mouths. The commissioners to the late assembly who were present reported their diligence. Revs. Robt. Henderson and Anderson with Mr. Mcarath were appointed a commibtee to strike standing committees for the year.
