How many people there are who by ao
oident have broken One or both Malmo in
their epeobaoles. T1 a ie generally eon-
5ldered a great misfortune, particularly
if theyqare high prised ones, or of speoial-
ly euikable to the pereon .wearing then},
Now, there is no need to worry Over it, or
to injure spur sight by wearing a spec -
teals with one broken or crooked lens, I
Dau replace any such broken glace by one
as good, if not much better, . no matter
What kind or strength it may be. I have,
and am makin ` a study of fitting spec -
tattles to snit all the various differences
in Thelon, and have ways and means of
knowing the strength and kind of glees
required or that you have been wearing.
Simply bring down your spootaelee and
see how quiokly and ohewly they pan be
fixed. I1 desired I will tort your eyes
and see if your glasses are the strewth
and kind you should wear, This is im-
portant, as it would be folly to replace a
broken lens if from any reason your
specteclos do not suit you as well ae they
once did or should. I make no charge
for this.

Brussels had "walloped" Goderioh a few
weeks ago at the carpet town, but the
visitors on that occasion were 'hardly tip
to concert pitch, being used lip from
matches played the two days previous,
and the Goderichites felt assured of an
easy victory. The game was a good one
throughout and was closely enougli con-
tested to keep un the interest throughout
the 1} hours occupied by the play. Brde-
selo went to bat first, Robertson doing
the twirling, and he did it en well that
our boys could not locate him until the
5111 innings when two runs were tallied.

the sore card showed 0 for the rest of
the game. Noble Gerry appeared to be
the only member of the team with bat-
ting clothes on. Jack Grewar was in
the piteher's box for Brusselsandhis
delivery was a puzzle to the Goderioh
nine. They got one man home in the 2nd
innings, and one more in the 4th and up
to the 71h the score was 3 to 2 in favor
of Brussels. The 7th was more fruitful
for the home team, who tallied 3. In the
8th, through a couple of muffed flies 4
