Be it therefore enacted by the said Municipal Council of the said Township of Grey, pursuant to Section 585, of the Municipal Act. 1. That the said report, plans and estimates be adopted and the said improve- ment to the said Government Drain No. 2, and outlet, and the works connected there- with be made and constructed in accordance therewith. 2. That the Reeve of the said Township may borrow on the oredit of the corpora- tion of the said Township of Grey, the sum of Sixteen Thousand, Two Hundred and Ten Dollars and Thirty-three Cents (316,210.33) being the funds necessary for the work, and may issue debentures of the corporation to that amount in sums of not less than 3100.00 each and payable within twenty years from the date thereof, with iipnterest at the rate of four per centum per annum, that is to say in twenty annual able at the Provincial Treasury Depayments of interest andartment,lTo onto, and o have att shed to thsuch debentures to be em ammons for the payment of interest. 3. For the purpose of paying the sum of Twelve Hundred and Thirty-five Dol- lars and Twenty-eight Cents (31235.28) being the total amount assessed as aforesaid against the said roads of the said Miuucipalitiss and to °over interest thereon for twenty years at the rate of four per cent. per annum, a special rate of .064 in the dollar, shall, over and above all other rates, be levied in the same manner and at the same time es taxes are levied upon the whole rateable property in the said Township of Grey, in each year for the period of twenty years after the date of the final passing of this By-law, during which the said debentures have to run. TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing is a By-law provisionally adopted by the Council of the Municipality of the Township of Gray, on the Twenty-fourth day of Feb., A. D. 1894. Any,person having any complaint to make in respect to the As- sessment is required to give notice of such complaint, and the cause and mater there- by, to the Clerk of the said Municipality, on or before the 22nd day of Marcia, 1894, and such complaint will be tried by and before a Court of Revision to bo held not later than ten days from the 22nd day of March, 1894. Any person intending to ap- ply to have the said 78y -law or any part thereof, quashed, must within ten days attar the final passing thereof, serve a notice in writing, upon the Clerk of the Municipality of his intention to make application for the purpose, to the High Court of Jostle:), at Toronto, during the sitting next ensuing the final passing of this By-law.
