The Court of Revision in reference to
the new cement wallte on Turnberry
street was held ou Monday evening of
this week in the Counoil Chamber.
Present the Reeve and Conncillore.
There were 4 appeals which were dealt
with as follows ;—Misses Rally, assess-
ment reduced by 7 ft, 6 in„ which be-
longed to Mrs. Kelly's property and was
added to it ; Dominion Loan Co., re.
duoed from a 10 to a 6.foot walk, owing
to their refusal to allow walk to be built
on their frontage the fall width ; Waiter
Jackson, reduced by 12 ft. 6 in., the some
belonging to the P. Thomson lot ; Geo.
Howe, reduced by half the roadway into
his 101, the same being added to P. Fer-
guson's assessment. With these alter-
ations the assessment was oonlirmad on
motion of B. Oochraue and J. D. War-
wick.
There being no appea18 from the prop-
erty owners of John, 114111, Church and
Princess streets, the assessment for these
streets was also confirmed,
Lawyer Sinclair asked in behalf of E.
C. Danford, Fred. McCracken, Misses
Kelly and Mre. Kelly that the new walk
be lowered in front of their premises. A
petition was presented in their behalf.
