The Munioipal Connell of the Town-
ship of Grey met at the Township Hall,
February 11th, 1901, punnet to the gall
of the Reeve. Members were all pres-
ent, Reeve in the chair ; minntee of last

M. McGillivray has bought out the

Orange Lodge of North Perth held their
annual meeting in Listowel, on Tuesday,
Feb. 5, The attendance was very large,
so that it was neoeseary to make extra
provision for seating. Tue 91010100 of

the warrant of the lodge were draped.
Mr. Laser, one of the delegates to Grand
Lodge, gave a report of hie mission. The
County Master gave his annual mddrees,

of officers for the enening year. S. Cam

a third term. There were several aepi-
rante for the office, but all withdrew on
the consideration that Mr. Caewell'e com-
pletion of three years in the office will
entitle him to a seat for life in the Grand
Lodge. At the end of this year he will
be the only County Master in the juris-
diction entitled to a life seat. The only

week before he had travelled a whole day
to reaoh the Sanitarium, but on medical

three yeara ago. A free hospital for poor
patients who cannot pay and who are in
the early stages of the disease is now in
process of erection near the Sanitarium.

To round Up this work the National
Sanitarium Aeeooiation desires to build
another hospital, near Toronto, for in•
onrable aonsumptivee. What better
memorial could be erected than a "Via•
torte hospital" for mob oases ? All the

statue of the Queen. but thio will not be
a national undertaking.
We oan, however, have the "Victoria
Hospital" ander the auspices of the
National Sanitarinm Association, and
this might be built by contributions
from all over Canada. Every village and

to the Queen, to which they hove contrib
