None PERTH OnANCEnIoN.—The County Orange Lodge of North Perth held their annual meeting in Listowel, on Tuesday, Feb. 5, The attendance was very large, so that it was neoeseary to make extra provision for seating. The County Master gave his annual mddrees, which was received with enthusiaam, The principal business was the election of officers for the enening year. S. There were several aepi- rante for the office, but all withdrew on the consideration that Mr. Caewell'e com- pletion of three years in the office will entitle him to a seat for life in the Grand Lodge. We oan, however, have the "Victoria Hospital" ander the auspices of the National Sanitarinm Association, and this might be built by contributions from all over Canada.
