8rd, We have audited the a000unte for
the third quarter of this year. the total
expenditure up to Deo. 1st is 58266 01
and the receipts for produoe sold 5286.-

paid under contract 5180 for servio0 at
the house. A meter has been put in at
the cost of 585, so ooanoil will now only
pay for light used. With the meter
lights would now Dost in the neighbor-
hood of 6100. We would also recom-
mend that a pig yard be erected.
The committee is satisfied with the
management of the House and farm, hat
feel that more accommodation in the
Hoare to badly needed, especially in the
hospital portion. At preeent same of
those under treatment are kept in the
basement, the only portion of the build-
• ing unoccupied, and we recommend that
an addition be built next year, and that
plane and specifications be laid before
the Couooil next January. We reaom•
mend that the insane inmate, Wilma,
who was recently oommit1ed from Gode-
