Building Committee of rho Co, House of
Refuge was held 8.0 Clinton on Tneeday.

storage, vegetables, &o. A morgue will
be arranged and in the upper flat 2 strong
rooms for persons of lauuti0 tendencies.
The present boiler and beating apparatus
will be en0oient with the neoeesary in-
crease of radiators, A double verandah
will be built to the South aide for the
benefit of inmates. Building will be of
white brick with elate roof to oonform to
present house. The cost will ran from
98.000 to 910,000, it le expeoted, when
everything is oumpleted. There are 84
inmates at present in the Hoath of Refuge
and more expected. Committee will meet
again on Tuesday morning, Deo. 1st, so
as to prepare report for presentation to
the Go, Council which will be in 8890108
