the fact that the mind of the Westerner
is uonorebe, he moat see, taste and beadle
but the mind of rile Easterner ie myatiaai,
delights in symbolism, and is normal

learned from the pillars. They ached the
thought of the worshippers to God. One
was aalied Jaben-or Me shall eetablian-
and the other Buaz°'In it is strength.
Pillars were 18 cubits high and oap al 9
oabits, much like the stem and bulb of
the Illy. The lotus was the religions
flower of Egypt and the lily the religions
flower of Iarael. By theee purity was
relight. There were 200 pomegranates
on each pillar, tanning unfasten and
fruitfulness. Pillar saint holiness was
not desired bat we must esteem Rod em.
body buly virtues in our Jives. Brotherly
love should be exemplified. Pomegranetes
followed pomegranates showing the won-
etauoy of true friendship. T'neee pillars
were beautiful, Our lives should be
crowned with beauty. Good moaners,
kindliness, a religions life, tie., are the
crowns of life. The pillars were a tower
of strength, their girth being 12 °obits.
It was said they were taken to Babylon.
God's favor turned from us is a disaster.
