fence on one side of said road. Moved

South West side of said road, the owners

The Grand Council of the Canadian
Order of Chosen Friends, which met ie
Toronto last week, dieoueeed a reeolution
to eubstitute the Hunter rate for the
present eoltednle of insurance rates. By
8 vote of 245 to 195 the resolution wee
defeated. The option of the Hunter
scale would mean an average ioorease
of about 15 Dente a month on $1,000 of
insurance. Subsequently some of the
detegatee expreeeed the opinion that if
the matter bad been taken ap on the
previous day the resolution would have
oarried.
The recommendation of Grand
Councillor MoCamon to have biennial

Laueblin, of Oheeley, formerly manager
of the Club, who is Vise -President of the
Huron District.
Secretory D. Forsyth of the Western
Football Association says reports which
have appeared in the press to the effect
that he wished to bar all 0. H. A. players
from the W. F. A. were misleading. He
does not want to keep amateurs out.
His proposal is that 0. H. A. players
ehould be barred from the W. F. A.,
unless they can prove themselves untaint-
