TEE Exeter Advocate of last week eaye :-The funeral of Coleeeo T. Salter took plane on Friday and the very large attendance testified to the esteem iu which the young mac was held and to the sympathy of the community for the bereaved ones. The funeral was con- ducted by the ludependent Order Foreet- ere, and their beautiful burial service was read at the grave. Mre. Salter, mother of the deoeaeed, wbo became ill while attending her eon in London, and it was thought would not be able to attend the funeral, arrived home on Thursday evening mach better. Deceased, who was 62 peers of age, had never been roboet since the accident le which he figured on the Guelph section lest Winter. He lett the railway after that, and had been in fair health nntil two weeks ago, when he wae seized with a beavy cold. Complications ensued, but in the morning he felt better, and asked bie wife to get him a cup of tea. When Mre. Lillie returned with it he was in a dying condition, and passed away in a few minutes.
